While Toronto Maple Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas said he'd try and keep some of his free agents around, it looks like he's officially lost one.

According to various sources James van Riemsdyk will sign with the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday.

JVR scored 154 goals in 413 games during his stop in Toronto and put up some big goals during the dark years.

The 29 year old sniper will go back to where it all started as JVR was the second overall pick by the Flyers in 2007.

Details of the contract haven't been released yet, however he was expected to be one of the biggest free agents on the market so it's more than likely a long term deal.
