The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas just landed themselves an interesting winger.

According to Elliotte Friedman, the Leafs have acquired Jared McCann from Pittsburgh.

Could he be Zach Hyman's replacement?

The 25 year old has one more year left on his deal at $2.94million before he becomes RFA next year.

He registered 14 goals and 32 points in 43 games this past season.

The return going to Pittsburgh is not yet known.

More details to come.
