The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas announced a roster move on Monday.
The team has called up defenseman Rasmus Sandin from the Toronto Marlies of the AHL.
Sandin had a crack at the Leafs' lineup at the start of the season and played in six games.
He registered two assists in those six games but has been in the AHL ever since.
Playing for the Marlies, Sandin has registered 15 points in 21 games.
