The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas were one of the first teams to start using the waiver wire and they're at it again.
The Leafs and Dubas placed a defenseman on waivers Friday.
David Warsofsky has found himself on waivers ahead of the start of the season.
The 30 year old came over in the Pittsburgh trade and oly played in the AHL last year but did register 33 points in 51 games.
