The Toronto Maple Leafs had some good news at practice today as both Mitch Marner and Trevor Moore were on the ice before regular the group.
Unfortunately that was followed by some bad news later on.
The NHL Department of Player Safety held a hearing with Leafs' forward Alexander Kerfoot regarding a boarding call on Colorado's Erik Johnson.
The department has decided that Kerfoot will need to pay for his actions.
Kerfoot has been suspended for two games.
What do you think of the decision?
Bad hit from Alexander Kerfoot. Looked concerned for Erik Johnson afterwards #Leafs x #LeafsForever pic.twitter.com/MjXPeoPm6P
