The Toronto Maple Leafs opened up training camp today and we got a taste of the new lines.
We saw where Joe Thornton and Wayne Simmonds will be playing and also that TJ Brodie will be pairing up with Morgan Rielly.
Brodie the newcomer, spoke to the media after practice and is pretty pumped up about the new pairing.
The Leafs' defenseman has played with some pretty great defenseman and he compared Rielly to one who's got some pretty prestigious hardware.
Brodie compared Rielly to 2019 Norris Trophy winner Mark Giordano because they both "can do it all".
