The Boston Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs' first round series has been over for awhile but it's still being talked about.
It recently came up as the Bruins eliminated the Columbus Blue Jackets from the second round.
Bruins forward David Backes who has played sparingly during the first two rounds decided to take a couple of shots at the Leafs when talking about putting away the Blue Jackets.
“This series is a little more typical playoff hockey, I think, than maybe playing Toronto, [which] likes to stretch it out and send 150-foot passes by you. It’s a man game against Columbus".
Is Backes saying that the Leafs' play a "kids game"?
What do you think of the Backes' comments?
