Leafs' practice started off today with a 20 minute bag skate, something that's usually used after a disappointing and effortless loss.
Why the bag skate on the first day of camp?
"Our goal was to make the players uncomfortable today."
Keefe told the media after practice.
Forward William Nylander acknowledged that it was a good way to get "the juices flowing".
