Well it's been an interesting last couple of days for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Kyle Dubas.

The worst of everything is of course the injury to starting goalie Frederik Andersen.

As of now, the Leafs have labelled the injury as a "neck injury" and Andersen is only listed as "day to day".

Dubas gave a small update regarding Andersen on Thursday and it doesn't sound like he'll play Friday.

"Status is just continuing to work through the injury and see where he's at, but we won't have any idea until after he's off [the ice] and how he's feeling and I'd say unlikely for tomorrow but we'll see after." Dubas said on Thursday.

So not the best update, but not the worst either.
