The Toronto Maple Leafs played another tight game against the Edmonton Oilers on Monday night.
Unfortunately this time around the team didn't come out on top.
The Oilers took the game 3-2 in overtime which resulted in a tighter Scotia North Division.
Toronto still sits in first and have a one point lead on the Winnipeg Jets and a two point lead on the Edmonton Oilers along with a 10 point lead on the Montreal Canadiens who now have four games in hand because of their COVID week off.
With the division tightening up, special teams is key and right now the Leafs are struggling.
The Leafs haven't scored a power play goal now for eight straight games which is the first time since 2016.
Toronto has won 4 of those 8 games and are currently 4-5-1 in their last 10.
